The time that the balikbayan box is delivered at its destination may vary due to different circumstances. It takes 6-7 weeks for the balikbayan box to ship to the Philippines and another 2-3 days for customs clearance. Weather conditions and unavailability of the receiver may delay the delivery of the box.

Each OFW has their own balikbayan box in their selected warehouses. Our agents store each box and provide an inventory of all your shopped goods until they are ready to be transported and delivered to its destination.

SulitBox has a total of 5 warehouses, each with designated agents for safekeeping of your balikbayan boxes, until it is ready for shipment. Each warehouse has a total capacity of 10 balikbayan boxes.

Upon shipment of your balikbayan boxes, tracking numbers will be provided to keep you posted of the status of your box. You may also contact or email our customer support for further updates and information.
